Sponsorships:
Please consider becoming a Banquet Sponsor.  $250 cash or $300 retail value of material donations qualifies for sponsorship.  Sponsors receive 2 dinner tickets and one 8-foot vendor table.  Local Archery Clubs are encouraged to sponsor the banquet.  In the past we have had Horicon Marsh Bowmen, Ojibwa Bowhunters, Rib Mountain Bowmen, Chippewa Bowhunters, Big Foot Archers, and Sherwood Forest Bowmen support our banquet with sponsorships.  Please ask your local bow club to become a sponsor.  Sponsors will be advertised and acknowledged for their donations.

Donations/Volunteers:

The Banquet Committee asks for your help with donations for silent auction items and prizes for the games and raffles.  Small cash donations are always appreciated as well. The WTA reserves the right to use donations to best benefit the WTA Banquet.

We are also always looking for volunteers to help run games/raffles during the day and evening.  If you can spare a couple hours during the banquet it would be greatly appreciated.  We will make sure you have plenty of time to enjoy the day’s activities as well.  This is your chance to get more involved in the WTA!
